So far, scientists and culuralists of Laos and some countries in the world, especially in Vietnam, have studied and referred to many aspects of the cultural tradition. Although the researches of these scientists and culuralists have shown the regularity, the particularity of cultural tradition, there is no research work analysing the issue of “promoting traditional cultural values in the cultural life of the grassroots unit of the Lao people’s Army today”.
