The study entitled “Operations of the communist party grassroots organizations (CPGO) in the exercise of democracy (EOD) in communes, wards and towns in Hung Yen province nowaday” was based on the system’s point of Marxism – Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought, strategy as well as the views of the Communist Party of Vietnam about the CPGO and democracy issues, the exercise of democracy; the legal documents, documents related to CPGO and EOD in communes, wards and towns in Hung Yen province; documents, data and results of sociological investigation of the state’s activities of EOD, CPGO in communes, wards and towns in Hung Yen province in recent years.
