Thesis topic: “Improving the quality of political education (PE) for non-commission officers and soldiers (NCO, S) in the infantry regiment of Laos People’s Army (PA) now” is a matter that has been cherished, interested by fellow (FL) for long time. Especially, with over 20 years of experience in learning, training, work and practices of leadership and command unit, FL should have a basic understanding of political education for NCO, S in basis unit.
