Political commissars of the regiment are people chairing the politics, in charge of the party’s work, political work and are the party secretary of the regiment. For the political commissars of the regiment to complete the responsibilities and their duties, one of the very basic requirements is that they must have a method to consider and properly handle. The topic: “Improving the capacity to apply dialectical materialism methodology of political commissars at regiment level in the Vietnam People’s Army today” is a very urgent issue, with deep theoretical and practical meaning. This is also the issue which has not been studied in a fundamental and systematic way.
