To perform the works “Fostering scientific research capacity of students training to become lecturers in the academies and military officer colleges in the current period”, the fellow has spent time, effort and intelligence in working for many years, especially over 10 years of teaching as lecturer at the Academy of Politics, Political Officer College, directly guiding students in scientific research and graduation thesis. At the same time, investment in research, analysis of materials, documents, data and referring to research results of the scientific works, the resolutions, directives and instructions of the Party, State, Army, Ministry of Education – Training, the final report of the agencies and units within and outside the army related to scientific research, scientific research capacity and fostering scientific research capacity of trainees, students within and outside the army.
