The research works: “Foster working capacity of the official staff in the strategic agencies under the General Department of Politics of the Lao People’s Army today” is the research direction to be cherished and passionated for a long time by the fellow in many years of studying and working at the schools and units. The topic was based on the system of theories of Marxism – Leninism and Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, the viewpoints of President Cay Xon Phom Vi Han and the line and the views of the Laos People’s Revolutionary Party on official strategy in the new era, including the line and policy of building official staff in the people’s armed forces in general, official staff in the strategic agencies under the General Department of Politics of the Lao People’s Army in particular, contributing to building the Lao revolutionary people’s Army to be regular, well-trained and gradually modernized, successfully completing all the tasks that the Party, State, army and people entrusted. The process of implementing the thesis, the author has developed, acquired, and inherited selectively research results of the related scientific works.
