Sustainable development is a common trend that mankind are working towards, is an important strategic goal that the Party, Government and people of Vietnam are determined to do. Therefore, sustainable development and agricultural development towards sustainability are a topic to be brought to exchange much discussion in many workshops, an issue that a lot of domestic and foreign scientists are interested in researching. The works “Agricultural development towards sustainability in the Red River Delta” is been interested in studying and cherished by the author during the learning, working and participating in teaching process; this is a significant issue in both theory and practice in our country in the current period.
