“Developing political education capacity of political instructors at company level in the Vietnam People’s Army today” is an independent scientific work, to be studied carefully, without overlapping with the published scientific works. The work deeply analyses and interprets scientifically the substance and some regularity issues of developing political education capacity of political instructors at company level in the Vietnam People’s Army; while appreciating the situation and clarifying some issues in developing political education capacity of political instructors at company level. On that basis, propose basic, integrated and feasible solutions to develop political education capacity of political instructors at company level in the Vietnam People’s Army today.
