The topic “Building Marxist – Leninist scientific intelligentsia in schools under Vietnam People’s Army today” is author cherished during learning, work and participation in teaching. It is an independent scientific work, there is no overlap with any given topic have been published. The authors found that the issue of building the intelligentsia (intelligentsia) scientific Marxism – Leninism in schools under Vietnam People’s Army (VPA) is now an important content, useful, can complement supplement for teaching and scientific research of the author. So the author has consulted with experts and exchanges with the instructor and decided to do a research issues in his thesis.
