“The development of creative idea of the military social sciences and humanities postgraduate nowadays” is the scientific subject which the author has been interested in learning and approaching to research for many years. This is a new, independent, non-overlapping with the scientific works published in domestic and foreign. Along with author ideas and the orientation and enthusiastic comments of individuals, groups of scientists, the authors decided to choose this topic to research in the thesis, which it is useful for training, research and management of postgraduate. The thesis contribute to clarify some contents, characteristics and rules of development of creative ideas of postgraduate; analysing to clarify the status and pointing out the impact factors and requirements, propose system solutions to develop creative idea of the military social sciences and humanities postgraduate. The contents posed and solved in the thesis is inherited selectively from the previous work of the scientists involved in the thesis.
