The issue: “Building a team of political heads in the infantry regiments under Lao People’s Army in the current period” is the research direction that the author has cherished with devotion for a long time; based on the system of Marxism – Leninism theories, the viewpoint of the Chairman Cay Xon Phom Vi Han and the path, the viewpoint of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party on officer strategy in the new era, including the line and policy of building officer staff in the People’s Armed Forces in general, officer staff of the army and political head staff in the infantry regiment of Lao People’s Army in particular, contributing to construct the revolutionary, regular, elite, gradually modernized Lao People’s Army to successfully complete all the tasks that the Party, State and people entrusted. During the process of implementing the thesis topic, the author has acquired and inherited selectively research results of the relevant scientific works.
